I only stayed 2 nights, nonetheless the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me.

Had an excellent stay at the best location right in the heart of Harrogate, thoroughly enjoyed location and staff.

Lovely traditional place, it has beautiful location and staff.

Faultless and clean place with a cool reception. The units were adequate and the staff were charming people especially the manager who always has time for the customer.

The stay was really enjoyable and we will be back. We loved staying in the place thanks to perfect location and staff.

Grand old trendy boutique property with smart staff on reception desk. Normal double room and very good communication with the staff. Fab location to The Stray Park.

Stylish hotel with best staff and airy rooms. The breakfast was gorgeous and sausages and bacon were outstanding. Thanks to an excellent service I had a good stay. Also, it had parking nearby.

We were there for 1 night, overall had an incredible stay. Outstanding view, perfect service, super beds. Heated & squeaky clean room, with complimentary Wi-Fi, terrace and armchairs. Nibbles and pizza at the snack bar. With painless check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was very nice old!

Well, the area was not so nice overall.

Tranquil location, wonderfully helpful staff, beds were large. I appreciated a full English breakfast, it was also reasonably priced. A magnificent beach, great view. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this economical hotel.

I greatly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast I had was free of charge with a beautiful view and hash browns, for instance. Breathtaking unit.

Sensational and spotless place, everything was fabulous. I booked a room with a nice bed, satellite television, a kettle and an iron/ironing board. Excellent value for money, I had a REALLY LOVELY stay.

The place was fairly clean, staff was informative! Lots of food, which was exceptional to satisfy everyone I loved the room; it was luxury with good views, two twin beds, a king-size bed. Imposing hotel in Harrogate, spectacular location right by a performing arts theater.

Ideal views and location and polite staff. It was right by Harrogate city center...

We had a sunny balcony. Just 5 minutes' walk from Harrogate train station. Staff was FRIENDLY there.
